EB was excited to participate in THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2024 at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center from May 28 to June 1, 2024. The exhibition concluded successfully, attracting 85,850 trade visitors. It boasted international participation with 2,024 foreign exhibitors, 1,935 hosted buyers, and nearly 20,000 international visitors from 131 countries and regions.

As one of the Malaysian exhibitors, EB Group showcased a diverse selection of frozen delicacies made with premium quality, fresh ingredients and undergoing minimal processing. The product range includes the Western Series, Dim Sum Series, Hotpot Series, Finger Food Series, and RTE Series, highlighting convenient, easy-to-cook meals while preserving deliciousness and ingredient quality.
A highlight at EB Group’s booth was the Cheese Stick Challenge, inviting visitors to participate in the “Pull 30cm or Longer” Contest. The Cheese Stick is one of the star products at EB, crafted from pure Mozzarella cheese directly imported from the US and processed with the self-crafted formulation.

The expo welcomed 1,210 exhibiting companies from 49 countries, including new participants from Azerbaijan, Germany, Kenya, Malaysia, Mauritania, Tanzania, and Uganda.

    EB Group showcased an impressive array of products, including the Western Series, Dim Sum Series, Chicken Series, Hotpot Series, and Finger Food Series - a great opportunity for us to introduce international sustainable products, proudly crafted from Malaysian recipes and flavors, to the US market.

FHA Food & Beverage Singapore 2024

EB was excited to be part of FHA-Food & Beverage 2024 at the Singapore Expo from April 23rd to 26th. This top food exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region covered a massive 65,000 square meters, more than 1,500 exhibitors from 52 countries and regions showed off the latest F&B products and services.
At the exhibition, EB Group presented a diverse range of products, including the Western Series, Dim Sum Series, Chicken Series, Hotpot Series, and Finger Food Series, RTE. These offerings not only attracted professionals from various industries but also garnered significant interest and attention from the general audience. Among the new products showcased were the Croissant Shaped Ring Roll and Handmade Fried Fish Bean Curd, Wonton noodles, oden, and many more.

EB proudly participated China Food Trade Fair 良之隆 2024 took place at the Wuhan International Expo Center held from 28th to 30th, March where food production enterprises from across the country converged.

The exhibition hall was bustling with attendees, with over 4,600 domestic and international food ingredient companies participating. Food ingredients spanning various categories such as meat, poultry, seafood, pasta, fruits, vegetables, hotpot ingredients, seasonings, agricultural products, speciality ingredients, as well as pre-prepared and imported/exported ingredients were showcased, making it one of central China’s largest B2B professional food ingredient exhibitions.

EB Group showcased a diverse range of products at the exhibition, including Dim Sum Series, Hotpot Series, and Finger Food Series. These offerings not only attracted professionals from various industries but also garnered significant interest and attention from the general audience.

EB Group embarked on a momentous journey by participating in Gulfood 2024, a premier global food and beverage exhibition held on 19-23th February 2024. This experience was enriching, offering insights into global trends, market demands, competitor landscapes and emerging technologies.

Gulfood, renowned as the most comprehensive F&B showcase, attracted over 5,500 food and beverage companies from 190 countries, showcasing 150,000 new products. Excited by the opportunities, EB Group sent a dynamic team of food experts from Malaysia to Dubai to present our house brand – EB Frozen Food to a global attention. Our booth, MP-C2, featured an array of products including the Western Series, Dim Sum Series, Chicken Series, Hotpot Series, and Finger Food Series.

Throughout the exhibition, our team highlighted the strength of EB Frozen Food in the market and showcased the latest frozen food technology. We emphasized that frozen food can be both healthy and convenient by introducing products made with the freshest ingredients such as Alaska pollock, prawn, shrimp and chicken breast meat, processed minimally to retain their natural taste and nutritional value. The use of the Individual Quick Freezing method (IQF) ensures our products’ quality and shelf life by retaining our products throughout a quick freezing process.

On the other hand, we were honored to meet representatives from MATRADE, the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation, and engage in discussions about the future of Malaysia F&B industry and the potential of market expansion. We are excited to witness the emergence of “Buatan Malaysia” shining overseas and globally.

Additionally, our encounter with ASMI, the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute was memorable, they have been a valued business partner and supporter, witnessing our launch of the Western Series products: the Alaska Pollock Fillet and Alaska Pollock Finger. These products are processed using wild-caught food ingredients, specifically Alaska Pollock, renowned of its freshness and preservation of nutrients through the single frozen process.

The 12th China Hotel & Catering Industry Expo 2021 (Guangzhou)

  • The 12th China Hotel & Catering Industry Expo is an annual event in the catering industry, with an exhibition area of 50,000 square meters, more than 1,000 exhibitors and 50,000 professional visitors. EB has brought several star products to the exhibition, including Fish Roe Lucky Bag, Cheese Tofu, Prawn Paste, Shrimp Wonton, Tiger Prawn Roll and Squid Prawn Cake.

    EB has prepared food tasting during the exhibition to provide a good experience to the visitors. Meanwhile, the team is enthusiastic about interacting with the visitors by answering their queries, provided them with deliciousness from taste buds to visual experience.

    EB has attracted numerous professional visitors to the booth where positive comments on both products and business queries were well received. They have successfully exchanged contact with the potential buyers for the near future business collaboration.

    The efforts of the EB team and the support of customers have helped to put EB at the centre of focus, which also marked the success of the exhibition. In future, EB will continue to adhere to aspirations and traditions, devote to R&D by launching more innovative new products to stay relevant in the market.

  • The large-scale exhibition was unprecedented. It covered a total area of 140,000 square meters with more than 4,000 well-known food manufacturers. Undeniably, it was a great platform that built connections within potential clientele such as factories, distributors and catering enterprises.

    EB has presented two series of products in the exhibition: Dim Sum and Hot Pot Series, with a total of more than 10 hot-selling products. Some industry partners got attracted by EB’s reputation. As well as the endless stream of consumers who stopped for the food sampling, take photos and queries during the exhibition.

    After having a better understanding of EB's product quality, brand positioning, market strategy, channel mode and cooperation mode, numerous partners in the industry have shown a strong intention to cooperate. It was a remarkable exhibition that has marked it as a new journey for EB. It was also a recognition and motivation to push EB to stick to the initial goals and forge ahead in the future.

  • The 7th China Hot Pot Ingredients Exhibition has wound up successfully at The China International Exhibition Center in Beijing on November 28. The exhibition has covered 20,000 square meters and was one of the professional food industry events in China.

    Beijing Exhibition is a great platform for brands to expand in the Chinese market, set investment attraction, technical cooperation, product promotion, brand building and academic exchanges. It has attracted nearly a thousand domestic and foreign enterprises and nearly ten thousand industry personages gathered at the scene.

    To wrap up the exhibition and sales of 2020, EB has made a hot debut with a number of its star products. The Hot Pot series, including Fish Roe Lucky Bag, Ring Roll, Squid Prawn Paste and Flower Cheese Tofu were the crowd-pullers. Hence, EB took this opportunity to confer with fellow caterers, suppliers and distributors from various industries.

    Having the Beijing Hot Pot Ingredients Exhibition as a wonderful business platform, EB has successfully demonstrated its brand strength, attracted numerous customers, channel providers and other potential customers to cooperate. With this, EB has drawn a satisfactory end to the exhibition and sales activities in 2020.
